We sincerely hope that your pet never has an urgent care situation; however, in the event that they do, please call us. We will triage your pet’s situation over the phone, and if our doctors deem it necessary, we will schedule you to come in. In urgent care situations, we’ll prepare for your arrival and begin treat your pet as soon as you bring them in. Urgent vet care always take priority at our hospital in Callaway, MD during regular office hours. Symptoms indicative of an urgent care situation can include:
- Vomiting
- Diarrhea
- Blood in stool or vomit
- Trauma (hit by car, lacerations, attacked by another dog/cat, etc.)
- Bite wounds
- Seizures
